Janis Griffin has more than 35 years of Oracle DBA experience, including the design, development, and implementation of critical database applications. Before joining Quest, she held DBA positions primarily in the telecom and network industries, working with real-time network routing databases and OLTP business-to-business applications.
As an Oracle ACE, Janis has mentored DBAs and developers on best practices for database performance tuning. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between management and technical teams, she has been a highly effective collaborator in implementing cutting-edge Oracle solutions.
