She has led large DBA teams (local and offshore) to implement innovative, cost-effective solutions that help grow client bases. Her expertise spans Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB, with a recent focus on cloud migrations and implementations on AWS and OCI.
As a senior technical leader, Valli combines hands-on database skills, team leadership, Oracle architecture solutions, and project management experience. Known for proactive thought leadership, she is committed to elevating team performance and providing the IT tools and automation necessary to maximize productivity. With over 25 years of Oracle database administration experience, she has spoken at major Oracle conferences in the U.S. on solutions she’s created.
